Pretest:
No fasting required. Avoid testing during acute infection or high fever, as immune activation may affect results. Inform your doctor if you are on immunosuppressive drugs or corticosteroids, which can alter antibody levels. Share any history of autoimmune symptoms such as joint pain, skin rash, fatigue, or Raynaud’s phenomenon with your clinician for proper interpretation.
